New Spaces, New Experiences 

The University of Toronto’s Chestnut Conference Centre is renovating to update and modernize its second floor meeting spaces, including the 9000 square feet Ballroom. This $7.4 million renovation project, which began in June 2024, is scheduled to be completed within a year. 

Chestnut Conference Centre has long been a popular choice for hosting conferences, meetings, and events, offering twelve unique meeting spaces encompassing over 20,000 square feet. In 2021, the third-floor meeting spaces were renovated to incorporate state-of-the-art infrastructure.

The Chestnut Conference Centre is centrally located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are conveniently surrounded by and within walking distance of many of Toronto’s main attractions such as the Eaton Centre, Yong and Dundas Square, the CN Tower, and the Scotiabank Arena.
Located between 3 subway stations (Queen Station, St. Patrick Station, and Dundas Station) and with a street car nearby, Chestnut is conveniently located and easily accessible for all guests.
