Our dedicated team of professionals will help plan your event from start to finish. Room rentals and minimum spends vary based on the room selected, as well as Chestnut Conference Centre is committed to providing a barrier-free facility for all guests to enjoy. We are in compliance with the regulations set by the Accessibility of Ontarians Disabilities Act (AODA).

  • Six passenger elevators with a door width of 40 inches
  • Six accessible parking spaces in the underground parking garage
  • Accessible washroom located on the second floor of the conference centre
  • Ramps available for risers
  • 24 hour security located in the main lobby – security staff are fully certified in fire safety, first aid, CPR and the use of defibrillators.
  • Dundas Subway Station is wheelchair accessible

  • All chicken served at Chestnut is Halal
  • Halal Beef is available by special request
